To place an order please go to Order Form. Please fill out the Custom Order Request Form, and include as much detail as possible. I will contact you for more information or send over your invoice if you have provided everything needed. The quote will be sent within 48 hours via What's App or DM with further instructions.

To secure your date, a 50% deposit is required upon quote confirmation. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the initial costs associated with customizing and preparing your personalized items. 

A design proposal will be sent to you for your review and approval before we proceed with printing, cutting, and assembly. Please look for spelling mistakes or any errors. Only 2 design changes will be allowed, extra changes will result in additional charges. 

Shipping Policy

All orders will be mailed approximately a week prior to the event date you provide.

USPS is the Shipping Carriers we use. We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit.

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Due to orders being Custom Made we do not accept any refunds or exchanges. If there is something wrong with your order please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
